Data controller
ZROTIS Realty, operator of ZROTIS (India), is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. For any privacy question or request, email support@zrotis.app.
Personal data we collect
- Account and identity data: name, email address, phone number, company name, role, password (stored hashed).
- Listing data: property details, addresses, location coordinates, photos, videos and uploaded documents.
- Transaction data: plan purchased, amount, currency, payment reference, invoice and subscription dates.
- CRM activity: enquiries, leads, notes, site visits, bids, agreements, messages and follow-up tasks.
- Referral data: your referral code, referred sign-ups and commission earned.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage/audit logs.
Why we use it
- To provide the platform, publish approved listings and connect buyers with sellers (contract).
- To take payment, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests).
- To send service notifications, and marketing only where you have consented.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, issues invoices and handles billing support. Paddle receives the data needed for the transaction and acts as its own controller for that processing.
- Hosting, database, storage and email infrastructure providers acting as our processors.
- Other platform users only as you choose: a seller sees an enquiry you send, and your listing contact details appear publicly only where you enabled them.
- Authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Private property documents (ownership papers, registry, NOC, tax records) are never public unless you or an administrator explicitly marks a document public.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Account and listing data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure; payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law (typically 7 years).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing support@zrotis.app. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
