1. Who we are
The ZROTIS platform (ZROTIS) is operated by ZROTIS Realty, based in India. You can reach us any time at support@zrotis.app. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these terms.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles all customer service enquiries relating to billing, provides the invoice or receipt, and is responsible for the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax and VAT/GST. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.
3. Accounts and roles
- Sellers and property owners may list properties, manage leads, enquiries, site visits and agreements.
- Buyers and investors may search listings, shortlist properties, send enquiries and request site visits.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity in your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Subscription plans
- Starter — ₹3,500 for 2 months, up to 10 property listings.
- Growth — ₹5,000 per month, unlimited listings.
- Pro — ₹10,000 for 6 months, unlimited listings.
- Elite — ₹15,000 per year, unlimited listings.
Plan access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. When a plan expires, new listings and listing edits are locked until the plan is renewed; existing data remains in your account. Renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
5. Listing rules and acceptable use
- You may only list property you own or are lawfully authorised to market, with accurate details and prices.
- No unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, abusive or infringing content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, malware, security probing, or resale of platform data.
- No spam or unsolicited marketing to buyers, sellers or agents contacted through the platform.
- Ownership and legal documents you upload stay private unless you or an administrator mark them public.
Listings are reviewed before they appear on the public website. We may reject, unpublish or edit listings that breach these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design, branding and content belong to ZROTIS Realty and its licensors. You keep ownership of the property content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute it for the purpose of marketing your listing on the ZROTIS website and partner channels.
7. Auctions and transactions
Where a listing is offered as an auction, bids are indicative expressions of interest submitted through the platform, subject to the seller's reserve price and to any offline documentation and local law. ZROTIS is a marketplace and technology provider; it is not a party to the sale, rent, lease or auction contract between a seller and a buyer, and does not act as an escrow agent.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, temporarily block access, or remove content if these terms are breached, if payment is reversed, or if activity risks harm to other users or to the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@zrotis.app.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy of user-submitted listing information or guarantee sales, leads or investment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
